According the Palestine’s Ma’an News Agency, members of the Israeli occupation forces and cavalry units attacked Palestinian protesters and fired tear gas and stun grenades at news crews. As a result, one reporter from RT was injured by shrapnel in her hand while covering the situation in the city, and a photographer from Ma’an was also beaten during his coverage of the demonstration.
